As our Technical Operations Specialist, you'll be the linchpin connecting Sales, Operations, and Product Management. Your mission? To ensure our operations run smoothly, our products integrate seamlessly, and our teams and customers receive the support they need to excel.
🛠 What You'll Do
- Be a Product Guru: Educate and guide both our team and clients on the ins and outs of our products. You'll lead product implementations and craft training sessions that make adoption a breeze.
- Optimize Operations: Work alongside Operations to fine-tune our processes and tools. You'll identify and implement improvements that amp up our efficiency.
- Manage and Lead Projects: Take charge of projects from start to finish. You'll align project goals with business objectives, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Apply Your Technical Chops: Use your scripting skills in JavaScript and Ruby to automate tasks, and leverage platforms like Zapier and N8N to enhance workflows.

- A wizard in JavaScript and Ruby, with a knack for APIs.
- A background in using automation platforms such as Zapier and N8N.
